Didn't get it in the direct. Glad I didn't believe in new Smash Bros. Smash Ult Switch 2 edition with additional characters is actually not a bad idea. There's no Smash Bros without Daddy Sakurai

I think smash ultimate should stay relevent for a few more years. No need to rush this next game when other IPs are needed. Do more DLC characters on switch 2 port at most

it quite literally would not make any sense to stop the franchise going based off how popular smash bros is. they don't even need sakurai so long as they follow the same formula as ultimate.
