@edgespizzas: Our first EVER collab pizza! This is a huge milestone for us so we had to go big with it, and who bigger than Britain’s Best Pub, The Highland Laddie. We’ve taken the elements of The Laddie’s signature Keema Shepherds Pie - the mash is represented by a white pomme purée base, topped with fior di latte, keema-spiced lamb mince and turmeric potatoes. A carrot pickle swirl, garden peas for pops of freshness and the crust is brushed with achaar butter. This one is only available for a week - this Wednesday til Sunday, with pre-orders open midday the day before collection as usual! We’re so excited to have this on the menu, it’s easily the best pizza we’ve ever done. See you all soon 💚
