Banshee was already good at turning high lvl enemies into paper. She was clunky and her 1 and 4 were underwhelming. These changes remove the clunkiness and give purpose to the 1 & 4 while staying true to the original design. The people who wanted a fully redone Banshee are just asking for a new sound based frame atp and probably would only play room nuke frames anyways

I'm putting together a build, using Cyte's Evade for added stealth and survivability. Assuming that Evade's refresh will work off Sonar Weak Points, this will give her some added survivability via stealth and self-heal, while also allowing her to take advantage of Arcane Crepuscular alongside Sonar's Resonance augment.

not to hate on an unreleased rework but I think sonar should have been a channel ability like gloom + energy vamp. Banshee should pulled targeting enemies in an AOE around her so you dont have to cast it multiple times when running through the map. allow it to make targets multiple times based on EFF stat for how quickly your pulse is

I’d say entirely depends on if the sonar retains the current multiplier to damage along with weak point damage when it gets reworked, or is it going to get overwritten as weak point damage like acuity mods

I enjoy using banshee and the new changes are... fine, not op or meta changing, but they are usable now, second habilitie remains the only good thing in her kit, armor strip it's amazing but I will keep it as a replacement subsume there are better ways to do that damage or striping. overall I give it a 7/10

I love playing Banshee but survivability was always a struggle. Forced puncture procs and actual mobility while casting is going to improve that tenfold. This rework gets a 10/10
