girl idk I'm in the same situation as you 💔 I say don't tell them unless you're 100% sure they're supportive. I know you want to tell your parents because that's a part of who you are, but I'd say it's best to wait until you have moved out and are able to be completely independent

FACTS over feelings prima! As a bi myself, I know you want to let them know, but at the end of the day, you must put your well being first! Would you prefer them not knowing but having a roof over your head and having your basic needs met or letting them know and face so many problems and losing a place to go back to? People that come out often face homelessness, mental health issues, a lack of a support system, etc.

honestly, if you're not in a safe situation (as in they're likely to kick you out or something along the lines of that) just don't. I'm 18 and have known I was gay for 7 years and have never came out because it's not safe. it's honestly better to be closeted until you're in a safe situation than to come out and be denied a home, care, etc
