This is how you censor information without necessarily shutting down media houses directly. They have plans to support those who support their cause. The major news houses that can pay the fees are currently in bed with them. The main targets are the small radio/information centers in the small towns. Unfortunately, those who called others names for enforcing the existing fees are now ready to shut down most of the news operators.
