The comments terrify me. The worst I do is try to make my monthly’s last over a month, other than that I follow very strict hygiene. I wash my hands before putting them on and after. Always change the contact solution. Take them out to nap even if it’s a short nap. When I open new ones I also have a new case for them. I never wear them when I don’t have to.

i just want to say, to all the eye docs freaking out here: I wear dailies, I DONT sleep in them, and I don’t wear them for more than a day 🥰 like I will legit take my contacts out for a 15 minute nap and put new ones in
