Dimone Fleming was accused of fatally stabbing her children, before placing them in a bathtub at a Bronx shelter in 2022. But a judge found her not responsible by reason of mental disease or defect after psychiatric evaluations concluded she was severely psychotic and out of touch with reality. The ruling came as Clancy faced trial for killing her three children while her defense argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
