Keep calling 1800walmart. Make sure you tell them that this is a EBT order and that they are holding your funds and not giving you your product. have your order confirmation number and a list of everything you ordered. Remind them that if this order is canceled that since it was done through the app you expect a refund to be instant, considering you used EBT. Delayed status or not, you should be able to cancel the order.
