I would like you opinion on this as most people agree with me but you are a nanny so I'd like your perspective. I was baby sitting a child all of last summer, and the weekends until last October. he was 6, and was extremely hyper and I had no problem with that. I had mt suspicions that he may have adhd or Austin but of course I never said anything, I was never told and thats not up to me to say since I only saw him for 8-9 hours a day. however, I found out AFTER I stopped baby sitting him that he had Autism and had been diagnosed for multiple years. I would have had no issue but I feel like I should have been told no?

I babysit my brother so when mom is away when he was younger we would go to dad ir say mom is coming and just try to distract him.And for now he searches the house on his own and says I want mom .We ask him why he wants her ,and he says why. We try to do what he wants mom to do so he forgets about mom for a bit . I dont know if this is correct but it works for my family.
