I’m just jumping on a thread to say thank you so much Becky for all of your support recently and for sending me the customer services telephone number. Although I ended up sorting my problem via email I really appreciate you responding so quickly and being so helpful as always! Customer services were also amazing and so courteous and pleasant and they have gone above and beyond to sort out my issue! I’d actually made a mistake with the delivery address and they have sent another pen out immediately for me. I’ve placed 4 orders now and can’t praise you and Chemco enough. you’re a star! 🥰 xx
