Golden Ratio, 3-4g matcha, paste 15 ml water (1 tbs), add 25 ml water (5tbs), whisk without touching bottom, 7-14 g of sweetener, finally add 110 g milk of choice! I prefer adding sweetener to milk to prevent loosing micro foam! Also fun fact there actually are not standards for what is called ceremonial grade more important to look at shade, harvest and season!
