All my ladies out there… if this ever happens to you and you have a manual e-brake (make sure it’s not a push button), lift the e-brake handle or slowly press down on the foot peddle and it will help you stop the car!

Yeah they do not want their insurance to find out those brakes are fubar, probably needs new rotors too. Preventative maintenance costs less than a full repair, a full repair costs less than the accident waiting to happen.

My first thought when I heard the brakes weren’t working properly was that they’d been tampered with or cut. Since another car had a slashed tire… but I also know nothing about how tampering with brakes work either so idk 🤷🏼
