Ingredients used in this video: - Ground Beef (the higher the fat content the better) - Black Pepper - Salt - Onion Powder - Smoked Paprika - Garlic Powder - Biscuit Dough - Mozzarella Cheese - Cheddar Cheese - Egg (for egg wash) - Unsalted Butter - Garlic - Parmesan (grated) - Italian Parseley Method: 1. Season ground beef 2. Cook until just-done in pan. Set aside. 3. Place biscuit dough on work surface, add the seasoned beef, mozzarella, and cheddar. 4. Close the biscuit by pinching the corners and closing the gaps. 5. Turn the biscuit over so that the pinched ends are facing down. 6. Egg wash the tops of the biscuits. 7. Bake as instructed on biscuit recipe. For these I put them in for 15 minutes at 350°F. 8. Remove from oven, while hot, add garlic butter, grated parmesan and parsley. 9. Enjoy
