They have Patrick's phone records. The reason it's not listed on a search warrant for his house is that he voluntarily handed them over while he was interviewed by two detectives in the hospital at 8:20 on the night of the murders

They actually do have his phones data. They didn't have a warrant because he handed it over. This is in the investigation report you can obtain from the PD

They went through alllllll of his mfing records including his work devices. They don’t look at his stuff in court that much or show it bc, he’s not on trial!? They investigated him right away

A phone doesn’t need to be seized when the owner allows a consent search. The phone is handed over and downloaded that day so it can be returned to the owner. I’ve done it numerous times. The data gained is the same.

the warrant is for titems the seized from the house. When patrick was questioned for hours by the police at the hospital he turned over his phone including his data. how are you going to claim.misinformation while blatantly missimg facts.

All they did was scroll through his physical phone the night of. They never did a full digital extraction on his phone or seized his provider records.

Yes thank you!! There is also no mention of cell tower mapping on his phone from that evening. It was the video evidence used at cvs and the restaurant but people keep saying they tracked his location.

if they needed his phone records and seizure of his phone to solve the case, they would have seized it. they didn't. a warrant would have been issued easily if they needed it. they didn't. they had everything they needed. its not a cold case. reddington and his team could have also gotten a warrant for Patrick's phone. He obviously also didn't see the point.

Because he gave them his phone freely, you don’t need a warrant when you give it to them. His phone records are literally part of the evidence. The 911 call and autopsy photos were blocked from the public not the court
