@philipblystonesoccer: U19 Off Season Work ⚒️⚽️ Great high-level group session with Cam, Ryon, Cássio, Alex, and Dante. Cam and Ryon are both with D.C. United U19s, Dante plays for Arlington U19s, Cássio plays in Portugal, and Alex recently graduated after playing at UVA and is now preparing to head out for a trial. Really good environment with a lot of experienced players pushing each other and keeping the standard high. Having Christian in goal made the session even better and gave the guys quality, competitive finishing reps. These guys have a long and demanding season ahead, so the focus is continuing to stay sharp, take care of their bodies, and make the most of the extra work without adding unnecessary volume. The boys are locked in, and I’m excited to see what this season brings for all of them.
