I hate that when you point that out people accuse you of being a snyder bro, like I'm not asking for him to be edgy but loneliness is a part of his story. That's why I kind of hate the Post Crisis decision to keep the Kents alive because it makes people forget that Superman is still an orphan.

People get the wrong idea that he isn’t really relatable because he’s so physically strong and has a boring personality. But really he’s a perfect representation of trying to fit in somewhere different from where you came from, even if you’ve spent almost all your life being apart of the world like everyone else has. I think James Gunn also did a great job at showing that he’s quite the opposite of boring, he’s got a family who he loves and has his own interests, he also genuinely loves being Superman. Mb for typing allat I just love talking about Superman
