@rubybellislifestyle: Andddddd we’re back to day 1 of no vaping 🚭💨 I was debating whether or not to even mention this setback to be honest, but I realised that this is literally part of the journey that I’m on. Quitting nicotine is so incredibly hard when you’ve become dependant on it for things like stress etc. Instead of feeling guilty or embarrassed or falling back into the habit itself , I’m seeing this as a minor setback , and I’m starting again.
