i think that in the last 3 years the overall developers community started to raise the bar in terms of maximizing and optimizing gameplay to improve statistics whilst knowing that most of the player base are kids. Steal an egg is just pinnacle of the progression, hes not the one who started it but who understood the assesment and executed a great idea. And because the top performing games are pretty much this types of games, it wont stop anytime soon, people are making money, kids are having fun and no one at the top cares that someone is calling their game slop. Thats the truth and if you dont agree you need to do your homework
