be super careful with the water damage!! something very similar with the sunroof leaking happened to my car, we fixed things replaced the interior, 2 months later my windshield wipers stopped working, and caught on fire. they said it was water damaged wiring and an electric fire, burnt my whole car and everything in it down.

Sam module damaged? Those go out when water reaches the floor these cars CANNOT have water on the carpets because thats where the modules go.

Never buy anything Mercedes. It’s a more expensive Toyota with horrible reliability issues

check if this car has a sunroof drain system. if it does, it could be clogged & flooding the car. My mazda would flood every time it rained & it was fixed by unclogging the drain system

I had this issue with my old Mercedes it had vents on the hood and would randomly stop turning on after it rained probably a wiring issue
