I used to be the plumber for Capri, worked at alliance plumbing. I HATED going there everything is so old and the roaches are insane. Also the cooling system is over 50 years old

Ohhh man that place has been there since my 20's and I was a addict and did nothing but party there it was horrible back then I had no idea that place was still standing. I'm sorrry girl! Glad you got out of there!

If it’s not too late, request to schedule an appt for your move out inspection and be there for it. Record it too! That way they can’t come back and say anything and charge you for stuff you didn’t do

My friend and I just moved out of here on the 26th. I thought we had until the 28th, but did not. So once that was confirmed they had me signing intent to move out paperwork. We’ve been out since before 11:59pm on the 26th and now they’re saying to us that we’re being evicted?? I’m very confused and don’t even know where to start with this place.

Our ac was ALWAYS broken. So unpredictable when maintenance when show up and then never did. They just gave us a big ass portable ac unit and called it a day. It’s so ridiculous. The office staff never answered the phone or emails… can’t believe they think that’s still acceptable! Sorry about your experience!
