This is very healthy protein. I’ve used it. Unfortunately to me it just tasted like swamp grass in my smoothies, but to feed people who are starving that need a inexpensive and healthy food source, it would work really well. Is there a way to make it more palatable? Add it to other foods? This works as a supplement, but I would dread having to eat this consistently without any other foods included

So people aren’t actually eating sourilina. They are taking it as a supplement. 6 grams a day? That’s not feeding them. That’s just a vitamin tablet that get the vitamins and certain amino acids back up in their system. But 2000 children aren’t living off of it.
