The opposite happened to me in Sephora, I went in to get colour matched for a new foundation and she ended up doing a full face without even telling me what she was doing, then tried to charge me 😂

I used to work for a makeup brand where the manager would make sales and invite her customers back for makeovers but then put them with me….so she would get the commission but I would have to do the makeup. & then she would wander why I wasn’t hitting my sales targets 😩

Tbh i would say sorry hun we have a limit of 3 products that we’re allowed to apply on you at a time! If they say well im gonna look really weird without bronzer lipstick etc offer some makeup remover to them 😂xx

I hated when people did this, you’d see right through them. When I worked for Lauder they didn’t charge for makeup appointments. They even had a 1 hour 30 bridal makeup appointment. And you had to do it, obviously with the intention that they’d buy the products but that was rare and if they did it wasn’t a lot. You can go online and book yourself in for any appointment with them. It was a joke!
