i’ve been on about seven different medications in the span of 4 1/2 years and I’ve been on three of them consistently for the past year and a half with dosage changes but same meds. it took 2 1/2 years of me being on multiple different meds with multiple different psychiatrists until I finally got diagnosed with multiple disorders with addition to the ‘just’ depression and anxiety they thought I had at the start. and now I’m finally stable in four out of six of my disorders and i’m trying everyday to get better with the other two. it gets better, you got this!!

well so I forgot my meds for a week because I was sick, and now my psychiatrist doesnt want to give me new meds and says I just have to try my therapy without meds (I have depression and ptsd) ☺️💅

same here went through countless rounds of different meds for 2 years then did the same thing with seroquel going up slowly for another YEAR!!
