Lowell is expected to pass near or just west of Niʻihau tonight into early Tuesday, with hurricane conditions possible across Kauaʻi County. - Oʻahu: A Tropical Storm Warning is now in effect, with tropical-storm conditions possible beginning this afternoon. - Heavy rain is already spreading across the islands. Kauaʻi could receive 6–10 inches of additional rain, with isolated totals up to 16 inches, while Oʻahu could see 4–8 inches, with isolated totals up to 10 inches. 🌧️ - Dangerous surf, coastal flooding, flash flooding and mudslides are all concerns.
