I think people forget Tammy had skin removal before she was at her goal weight. Some times its for other things like mobility, rashes etc. besides we dont know if she go it just yet or if she really was approved. For all we know the doctor could have said “you dont need to lose more but it would be ideal if you did for better results” or she could have just approved her as is. I guess we will see tomorrow
