Hello , can somebody have pots and feeling like gonna faint (without fainting) for hours with low heart rate when sitting and high heart rate when standing, but when sitting the fainting feeling doesn't go alway.??

they didnt diagnose me with pots but they said pots as a umbrella term and said nothing can be done it'll likely sort itself out and it started 6 years ago and has gotten worse..

I had a testicle cancer, been placed on testosterone gel medication treatment, I still feel exhausted most of the time and testosterone is getting lower with every blood test they do when gel wears off, doctors are scratching head why this is happening, do you have any hypothesis?
