How to make a scrunchie: 1. Cut a rectangle 13x110cm 2. Sew the short ends together to make a loop 3. Press in 1cm along both edges 4. Fold the scrunchie in half on the width 5. Topstitch along the edge & leave a gap 6. Using a safety pin, thread elastic through to rouch 7. Sew up the gap 8.
