An edit requested by @Max. I’m still a bit slow with edits, as I’m getting used to new software, but I’ll take certain requests. One of the reasons I agreed to edit Roman von Ungern-Sternburg is because I find parts of his story interesting, particularly in the way he constructed and presented his identity in relation to Mongolian and other Asian cultures. It’s a cool example of how people can romanticize, imitate, and incorporate elements of cultures that are not their own.
