As an independent Pharmacy Owner, I highly disagree with this approach. An independent pharmacy has the ability to beat the prices of every thing. We can beat the generic prices of Mark Cuban as well as the big chains.

I take some pretty expensive brand rxs. The cost effective way for me is a 90 day supply to Caremark Mail Away pharmacy. The cost would be triple if I went to any retail pharmacy.

I use the pharmacy attached to my drs office, it’s a small office that all know me. It’s under a brand name but I love my pharmacy staff.
