Tennessee should have a victim’s program to help pay for travel and hotel. That’s weird. Texas does. Just a warning to these parents, it’s too easy to watch at the same time you’re going to be upset! I’ve witnessed one and I was so mad how easy it was for the offender to “just” go to sleep.
