this isn’t true lol. most women will fight until they can’t fight anymore. and when they dump you, they’re OVER IT. men are the ones that usually end things and end up coming back. bc women process the breakup while still together. men process afterwards.

Whoa…. Women don’t just get "emotional" out of nowhere, those heightened feelings are usually a direct response to chronic emotional neglect, carrying the mental load alone, or dealing with a partner who refuses to show up with basic emotional maturity. When a woman brings her emotions to a partner, she’s actively trying to fight for the connection. When she finally stops, it’s not because she "calmed down", it’s because she detached. Framing a man’s exit as a logical "having had enough" while dismissing a woman’s exit as just "an emotional phase" isn't relationship wisdom; it's a convenient double standard that excuses a lack of accountability.

I’m not too sure I agree with this one. I think men come back at a higher percentage. I think when women leave, men were thriving at maybe about 30% and when they do the work, they realize where they lacked and the worth of the women. Meanwhile, women breakdown quicker and hurt, but then do the work and when the men finally come back, we’re at a higher place. And not all women spend all day chitchatting with their friends. I have a very small circle of friends. We put our time into ourselves into our kids and we heal. In my experience, almost all men come back and by that time we’ve healed and see our worth and want better.❤️

Okay but serious question- what about the emotional work? The awareness? The recognition of where emotional growth needs to take place? Not just the physical... yes, we can work out, we can start a business, we can throw ourselves into projects and doing things- but maybe there's also a need for the emotional and spiritual development as well... not the stoic I don't need anyone mentality. Reflection, self awareness, accountability for actions taken, etc. Working on the physical is great, but isn't working on the mental & emotional aspects just as important?
