Yo babe here is some advice that takes most people years to learn: MAKE YOURSELF FAMILIAR WITH YOUR IT DEPARTMENT!!! You can often find them in the library or student services building. Go in person and they should be able to reset it for you immediately (you can also email them but that is honestly more annoying and takes longer)
