Hello, first time sourdough baker. I got fresh basil and bloom sourdough starter delivered on Saturday but i could not collect it from post box until Tuesday evening due to unexpected travel. I don't see any mold and it smells sharp somewhere between acetone and vinegar. it was sitting at temperature between 80 °F to 60 °F. Will it be still good enough? I also have dessicated starter as backup.
