Ingredients: • 1 box Betty Crocker Apple Cider Cake Mix • 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon cornstarch • ¼ teaspoon salt • ⅓–½ cup vegetable oil • 2 eggs • ½–¾ cup butterscotch chips Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, flour, cornstarch, and salt. 2. Add the vegetable oil and eggs and mix until well combined. 3. Fold in the butterscotch chips. 4. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 350°F. 6. Scoop dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 7. Bake for about 11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. 8.
