@the_battles_she_won: Co-parenting is a funny thing because the world often makes you feel like you’re supposed to become enemies—that once you’re no longer together, you shouldn’t care about the other person or their place in your children’s lives. But we’ve always cared enough about our kids to put our differences aside. We don’t divide holidays. We don’t keep score of time. We don’t make our kids choose sides or feel like they have two separate worlds. Because they deserve two whole parents who can coexist, communicate, and integrate beautifully in a way that benefits them. And honestly, we’ve done it so well that we’ve seriously talked about buying a duplex and living side-by-side…just so we can watch our kids grow up together.
