Functional Analysis within the Framework of Model A Model A maps the information processing mechanism of a socionic type through eight functions. The differences between IEI and EII can be understood more clearly through the interaction of these eight functions. Ego Block: Leader and Creative Functions For the IEI type, the most fundamental source of information in life is the Introverted Intuition (Ni) function. IEI "feels" the flow of time, the trends in the development of events, and future possibilities. For them, time is a creative material that can be stretched or compressed. IEI focuses on the inevitable nature of events and the twists and turns of fate. The creative function, Extroverted Ethics (Fe), allows IEI to reflect these intuitive insights into the social emotional atmosphere. IEI is adept at manipulating people's moods, cheering up a group, or creating a dramatic atmosphere. For the EII type, Introverted Ethics (Fi) is at the center of life. EII prioritizes distance between people, personal bonds of sympathy and antipathy, moral qualities, and inner depth. EII's humanism is based on the dignity and ethical development of the individual. Its creative function, Outward Intuition (Ne), helps EII see the hidden potentials within people and offers them a vision for a "better self." While IEI plays with social emotions, EII is concerned with individual spiritual development. Super-Ego Block: Vulnerability and Social Pressure In Socionics, the "Vulnerable Function" (PoLR - Point of Least Resistance) is the area where an individual struggles the most, is most resistant to criticism, and is the first to give up under stress. While IEI's vulnerable function is Outward Logic (Te), EII's vulnerable function is Outward Sensing (Se). IEI feels extremely inadequate when it comes to efficiency, practical application, objective data management, and "business logic." Routine tasks, technical details, or managing a process in the most economical way are a mental burden for the IEI. The IEI expects the will (Se) to perform the task rather than logical explanations of how it should be done. The EII, on the other hand, abhors displays of power, aggression, direct coercion, and competitive environments. Se-PoLR can paralyze the EII in the face of physical force or drive them into passive-aggressive stubbornness. The EII finds using force to get someone to do something "primitive and crude"; instead, they choose the path of ethical persuasion or personal example. #typology #typologytiktok #socionics #eii #iei
