¡Aquí está la técnica de respiración 4-6 que te prometí! 🧠💛 Es sencilla, pero no te dejes engañar: es un atajo neurocientífico para activar el Nervio Vago, el “freno de mano” de tu sistema nervioso. ➡️ Inhala 4 segundos ➡️ Exhala 6 segundos La exhalación más larga le dice a tu cerebro: “puedes bajar la alarma”. Es una forma de recuperar el control cuando estás acelerado/a. Y si ves que necesitas este “freno” cada cinco minutos… el mindfulness calma, pero la terapia te ayuda a entender por qué tu alarma está siempre encendida 🫂✨ Y sí, el contexto importa. Esto no es “la solución”. Es solo una herramienta que puede ayudarte a sentir un poco más de calma en momentos concretos. i first read this series about 2 years ago, and that that point, i never even thought about the possibility of it being on screen. but now that it is??? i’m never gonna shut up about it. first with Heated Rivalry and now with Off Campus, give me ALLLL of the book to screen adaptations! i DEVOURED this first season, and now i want them all. but, i will always be that girl who wants to read the books before i watch the show. if you’re the same, i highly recommend you snag the full series bundle through the publisher!
