Rainbows are actually from San Clemente. You will see them in all beach cities. If I'm ever traveling and I see someone in rainbows, I know there is a very good chance that they are a fellow Californian!

They started in San Clemente—the factory store is still there. Then you take them to the beach and go in the water with your new pair on to break them in!

Actually , the whole rainbow sandals started in Laguna beach. Jay Longley formulated the glue that’s is the core of the manufacturing process of the sandals in LB. eventually he moved to SC on calle Los Molinos . Rainbows sandals are sold all over the surfing world .. from south america all the way to Asia. I know because i work there 😁
