27!! 💗🎂✨This is the best I’ve ever felt physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I truly feel like I’m living in answered prayers. A year ago, I was deeply heartbroken and struggling with my mental health to the point where I could barely get out of bed some days. I’d sob in my car because I felt so lonely and lost. But looking back, I can see how every painful moment was preparing me for where I am today. People change when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of change. For me, it took hitting one of the lowest points to finally become sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was fed up with my excuses, and I decided to take radical responsibility for my life. I decided I would do whatever it took, every single day, to create the life I had always wanted: to be close to God again, live solo in my dream neighborhood, cultivate a Christ-centered community, thrive in my career, and become the healthiest, most confident version of myself. So I made some really hard decisions. I quit drinking, committed publicly to transforming my body, and painfully removed any habits, people, and things that were pulling me further from God and the woman I wanted to become. Fast forward to today: I’m 8 months sober with an incredible sense of clarity & peace, living solo in my dream neighborhood, surrounded by a Christ-centered friend group, in the best shape of my life, thriving in my career, and more confident than ever on the path God has for me. I’ve learned that there is no greater accomplishment than doing everything you once said you would do. And I’m no longer afraid to let go of people, things, limiting beliefs, or even dreams that no longer align with the highest version of myself. So if you’re the girl praying for a miracle, asking God to move a mountain, or wondering if your life can really change…seek the Lord with all your heart, surrender everything at His feet, and then take radical responsibility for the life you’ve been given. Show up every single day as the highest version of you. Because when you set your mind to something and put God at the center, your life will radically transform🤍
