Listen, I am a disabled woman. I have had to fight so much ableism to get my basic needs met. I cannot imagine the hell she has been through. The literal legal system was trying to deny her reasonable accommodations

There is a wild level of inhumanity in retrying someone who is on life watch. She doesn't want to continue this life and the Prosectors are not looking for justice they have a vendetta and that is not what legal professionals are supposed to be driven by.

Oh you didn’t hear in pre trail that the prosecution claimed that she was lying about the extent of her paralysis and so they wanted her to be brought in and transferred a normal chair because the wheelchair was a play to get sympathy from the jury? They argued it and there are recordings. They completely dismiss ALL the evidence of the treating doctors and said her ‘temporary paralysis’!! It’s a complete spinal cord injury there’s no way to recover.
