Everyone’s journey is different, and everyone’s timing is different. If someone is moving slowly, it does not mean they will fail. Your journey may look different from mine, and that is okay. What matters is that you keep going. As Achiever, I choose to be a positive influence—to encourage people to work hard, stay focused, and believe in themselves, because hard work pays off. Let’s learn to encourage one another instead of comparing or putting people under pressure.
