cookies n cream brownie cookies 2 cups (340g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar 1 1/3 cups (270g) brown sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp (8g) vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups (190g) ap flour 1/2 cup (50g) dutch process cocoa powder 3/4 tsp (4g) salt 3/4 cup (100-120g) oreo cookies 1 cup (150-180g) white chocolate chips +extra oreos for assembly. *in a microwave safe bowl, gradually microwave the butter and chocolate together until its smooth. do it in 15-20 sec increments to not burn the chocolate. whisk in the cocoa powder while its still warm and then set this aside. in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars together well until its foamy. then add in the cooled chocolate/butter mixture and mix until combined. then add in the vanilla. gently mix in the dry ingredients. then fold in the chopped oreos and white chocolate. set in the fridge for an hour. scoop and place a oreo on the bottom, then bake at 350 for 11-14 min or until the top looks set and crackly a bit! #cookiesandcream #brownie #cookies
