A worthwhile vote, perception is reality and what we have been shown by the Mercator projection, for centuries, has been our reality. As Kiwis our main challenge is New Zealand being left of maps all together! All of the projections have us at the very edge and it’s easy for us to fall off.

Let us not believe this politically correct false rhetoric. The fact remains that the Western world and the white man drew these falsely measured maps, sold these false maps and used it to indoctrinate children in school around the world. You now have millions of people not knowing the true size of continents and countries. Therefore, psychologically people think countries like the US, UK and continents like Europe are larger than they are. All these lies were to control and manipulate the geopolitical narrative.
