I just went over the search warrant affidavit myself, again. You're 100% accurate here's no mention of his phone records at all, the officer used Apple Maps to calculate the travel time between the house and CVS, and CVS to ThreeV, then they visited both places. GPS data was never mentioned. It explicitly states there was no surveillance available outside CVS, can't recall for ThreeV. They barely verified his alibi itself. The language in those warrants strongly suggests he was never considered a suspect, the sloppy alibi verification was literally just them checking off a box. I don't know why people think that's enough.

EVERY LIVING PERSON ON SITE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SUSPECT. Jesus what year are we living in? Why tf was he just allowed to frolic around when they arrive on the scene to 3 dead children and a half dead woman….since when do cops just take people’s word for things!
