Say hello to the So Good Brekkie Bowl.   Ingredients: Cereal: 1/3 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup Weet-Bix, crushed 1 heaped tsp natural peanut butter 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil   To top: 1/2 cup So Good Extra Creamy Oat milk 2 tbsp greek yoghurt 1 apple, chopped 1 dollop of natural peanut butter Drizzle of raw honey Sprinkle of hemp seeds   Method: 1. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, maple syrup and olive oil. Add in rolled oats and Weetbix and mix until combined. 2. Transfer oat mixture to a pan over medium heat. Lightly toast until golden. 3. Transfer toasted oat cereal to a serving bowl and top with So Good Extra Creamy Oat milk, Greek yoghurt, apple, peanut butter, honey and hemp seeds.
