@.cookwithbrooke: LOW & SLOW CRISPY WINGS Six pounds of wings for $17? Obviously I bought them. I was busy and we weren’t eating until later, so instead of my usual wing method, I threw these in low and slow and let them do their thing. Then I cranked up the heat at the end because I absolutely refuse to eat soggy wing skin. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and basically no work. Ingredients 6 lbs chicken wings Kinder’s Grilled Chicken seasoning Your favorite wing sauces Celery for serving, optional Directions Coat the wings really well with Kinder’s Grilled Chicken seasoning. I pretty much drenched them in it. Bake at 250°F for 2 hours. Remove the wings from the pan and transfer them to a wire rack set over a sheet pan. This gets them up and out of all those juices so they can actually brown instead of sitting there boiling in them. Increase the oven to 400°F and bake for about 15 minutes, or until browned and crispy to your liking. Remove from the oven, divide the wings up and toss them in whatever sauces you want. Serve with celery and your favorite dipping sauce. #chicken #Recipe #wings #food #laborday
