Bleach kills mold on hard surfaces. If it’s porous however, it will not. It’ll actually end up feeding the mold if it’s porous.

Thelma! Hi vinegar is usually the better choice for porous surfaces like wood or drywall. Bleach mainly hits the surface and doesn’t get deep into porous materials. Vinegar can penetrate a bit and is less harsh.

Maybe try peppermint oil or anything spearmint or eucalyptus on the window to help keep bugs away.

I like to use a lint roller on my screens for all the fine random fluff in them!! I am going to invest in one of the silicone sticky ones that can be washed off!!

If you have access to a can of WD40, it'll help keep the screens clean longer and the bonus is it keeps bugs away from them longer!!! Spray on a rag & wipe the screens after you clean them off. Lasts quite awhile!
