INGREDIENTS: ● 2 sausages ● 2 slices of toast bread ● 3 eggs ● 60 g grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese ● 2 slices of cheddar cheese ● 1–2 tbsp vegetable or butter, for frying ● Salt, to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a preheated skillet with vegetable oil or butter. 2. Cut the two sausages in half lengthwise and place the four halves on the skillet with the rounded sides facing down. 3. Fry the sausages until lightly browned, then turn them over. 4. Beat 3 eggs with a little salt and pour the egg mixture over the sausages. 5. While the eggs are still slightly runny, place two halves of the toast bread over two sausage halves, and the second slice of toast over the other two. 6. Cook until the egg mixture is almost set, then carefully flip everything with a spatula so the bread is directly on the skillet. 7. Fold the edges of the omelet inward around the toast slices. 8. Sprinkle about 30 g of grated cheddar or mozzarella over each side of the omelet. 9. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over each side and fold the omelet in half, creating a cheesy sausage and egg sandwich. 10. Cook for another minute until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted. 11.
