This gonna sound crazy but Ngl I got in da gym simply bc my mom had a stroke and it was difficult for me to transfer her from the bed to her wheelchair and she doesn’t even weigh a lot as soon as i realized ts i was like yeahhh time to lock in. Then feel in love with the gym best choice I ever made💪🏽🫵🏾
