Your insurance company would have obtained the police report and usually a statement from all parties involved as well. If you are curious, I would contact them. I’m glad you are healing so well!

If you look up the person’s name in the article on your county’s clerk of court website, it should show if she was ever ticketed or charged with anything. You should also be able to sue her for damages and medical bills. You shouldn’t be paying for any of this

If there was a witness ask them. Unless there is a pending case. Also, if you are getting a lawyer you cannot talk about it on social media or pictures.

You can contact your police department and request the crash report if you are really curious. In Missouri it costs like $5 for the report.

Don't you need a police report to get your car replaced by your insurance company? I would hope that the police would have contacted area businesses for camera footage.

Did you not contact the police to get the reports? You can request all of that information. Also insurance company should have a report of what happened and should give you that.

I got hit head on by a dump truck and the cops showed up a year later to get my statement so yea.... oh and he got off all the charges I'm lucky to be here!
